2) How long can I expect my sign to last before it needs to be refurbished?

For HDU and Metal signs, 10 years or more. Wooden signs last the same amount of time if placed indoor. Wooden signs placed outdoor can last around 6-8 years, depending on the weather conditions they have to endure, before they need to be re-polished and painted.

1) What is the price range for your signs?

Price depends on several factors: type of sign, size of the sign, details of the design. Price for a single sign can be as little as $20, up to several thousands for the largest, more complex signs.

3) Can you manufacture double-sided signs? 

Absolutely Yes!

4) Do you ship internationally? 

Yes, we do! All of our products ship from our USA locations, where they are manufactured ( Northern California or Indiana ) to anywhere.

5) What are the minimum and maximum dimensions for your signs? 

There is not really any minimum dimension. You can have a sign that is just a few inches wide and high. Regarding maximum dimensions, you can have sign up to 25 ft wide and 10 ft high!

7) Do I need to have a design ready in order to have my sign or plaque made? 

No, you don't. You can can come to us with just an idea and we'll make the design for you. Simple designs ( text, simple graphics) are done at no additional cost. For more complex works such as very detailed logos, a graphic design fee might apply.

6) When is my sign going to be ready?

The quote you will receive will clearly state when you can expect your order to ship. In addition to that, once your order is up for production, we will send you a timeline which will outline our work on your sign, day by day, so that you know exactly how we are working.  Smaller/simpler signs (up to 30" wide or high) are usually ready within 5 days from orders. Larger signs and signs with complex designs can take up to 5-6 weeks.

8) Are your signs covered by warranty?

Yes, all our signs include a 2-year, hassle-free warranty. Lear more about it here.

9) I received my order and it looks damaged. What should I do?

This would be an extremely rare event. Our product are very sturdy and durable. Plus, we package them very well. However, exceptionally rough handling by the shipping carriers might happen. If you received one our signs and you noticed any damages, please contact us immediately. And don't worry, we'll make it right.

10) Do you provide mounting solutions?

Yes, we do a large range of mounting option. Please visit our mounting options page to see some of them.

11) Do you offer quantity discounts?

Yes, we do. Contact us for more info or just specify the quantity when requesting the quote.

12) Can I cancel my order?

14) Do you also install the signs/plaques?

While we usually don't install the signs ourselves (expect for some locations), we can find the right contactor to install the sign for you.

15) I don't have a design ready, but I have something in mind. Can you make the design for me? Would it be free?

Yes, we can definitely design the sign for you, following your idea, and 99% of the times that is a completely free service that we offer.

In the case of particular complex designs, we might have to charge a separate fee to cover the extensive graphic design labor. But if that is the case, we'll you know upfront and part of that charge will be credited towards the cost of your sign!
